The fast version

  • Intimate image of you, made or shared without consent: email takedown@nyvelle.app with the subject "Take It Down request" (no account needed). We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request, and also remove known copies.
  • Your copyrighted work used without permission: send a DMCA notice to the copyright contact below. We act promptly and tell the user who posted it.
  • Anything else (harassment, impersonation, a character that resembles a real person): use Report in the app or email support@nyvelle.app.

1. Take It Down Act: non-consensual intimate imagery (48-hour process)

Under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025), platforms must remove non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated ones, within 48 hours of a valid request from the person depicted or someone acting for them. NYVELLE does this for any image hosted on the Service.

  1. Send the request by email to takedown@nyvelle.app with: (a) your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough); (b) a statement that you are the person depicted or authorised to act for them; (c) enough information for us to find the image (a link, a username, a character name, or the image itself); (d) a short statement that you believe in good faith that the image is not consensual, with any information that supports this; (e) your contact details.
  2. We log it with a timestamp when it arrives (for an e-mail, the time the e-mail reached us). The 48-hour clock starts then.
  3. We hide, then remove. Images you identify exactly (a link to the image or its image id) are hidden as soon as your request arrives. Anything we have to look for, such as a username or a character name, is hidden as soon as we find it. We remove the image as soon as possible and within 48 hours, and make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies. If our review of an intimate-image request is not finished in time, images it identifies exactly are removed automatically before the 48 hours end. Nights and weekends count toward the 48 hours.
  4. We confirm by email when it is done. We do not contact the person who made the image about who reported it.
  5. Removed means deleted. A removed image is deleted from our servers, left out of the uploader's data export, and leaves our backup copies as they rotate (about five weeks). We keep only a record of the request and the action (ticket, dates, the image id, a fingerprint of the file and the account involved) for legal purposes, not the image itself. The one exception is an image that may show a child: federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) requires us to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and preserve it, so it is moved to a sealed store that is never shown to anyone and is deleted when the legal preservation period ends.

2. DMCA: copyright notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice containing: your signature; identification of the work; identification and location of the material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Designated agent for copyright notices (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2))
Copyright Agent, NYVELLE
Timothy Sell
28116 W Maple Ave, Wauconda, IL 60084
Phone: +1 224 760 2841
timsell92@gmail.com

On a valid notice we remove or disable the material promptly and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the designated agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) it must contain:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
  2. identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Timothy Sell may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice we promptly send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore it no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we received the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from the infringing activity.

3. Repeat-infringer policy

We record every valid notice against the account involved. Two valid notices in 12 months result in a warning and loss of image-generation features; a third results in account termination. A notice that is successfully countered does not count. Accounts created to evade a termination are closed. The Terms include this policy.

4. Real-person likeness and impersonation

Our characters are original and are not meant to depict real people. If a character or image resembles you or someone you represent, tell us at support@nyvelle.app and we will review it within 5 business days and remove or alter it where appropriate.

5. Send a request

Email takedown@nyvelle.app (no account needed). Put "Take It Down request" in the subject for intimate-image removals so it is triaged first; we log e-mailed requests with the time they arrived and reply to confirm we received them. You can also use Report in the app.
