Safe-for-work conversations
The hosted NYVELLE app runs in safe-for-work mode. Product controls restrict adult content; report anything that needs review.
Adult eligibility
The app is for adults aged 21 and over. Confirm eligibility during signup. This requirement applies even though the marketing artwork is safe for work.
Report a concern
Use Report in the app for a message, character or image. Content-removal and copyright-request instructions are on the page linked below.
Break reminders
Optional reminders are available in the app. Choose the interval in settings; reminders are off by default.
Know where your data goes
Your chats are processed on a hosted service and sent to the text provider to generate replies. Downloaded encrypted backups are a separate feature.
Support from people
